Orders are processed promptly upon receipt of payment. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your item to be shipped.

b. Shipping information for memory ornaments: 

For Memory Ornaments, please provide both your payment and the fabric for memory ornaments within 10 business days of payment. Once both are received, your 3-week production and shipping period will begin.

All cancellations and returns are eligible for store credit only.

Please note that your size and color choice CANNOT be changed at a later date.

Unless a preference is stated, I will choose a coordinating thread color for the letter outline.

Once I have started work on your memory ornament, l am unable to return your clothing whole or issue a refund. If you have requested a cancellation before work has started on your ornament, a store credit will be processed minus the cost of the return postage fee to return your clothing. I cannot accept returns on completed sweatshirts, but should there be a fault with your item, please get in touch right away so that I can fix it for you.

Step-by-Step Memory Ornaments 

Order your ornament in three steps: Place your order and send me your clothes. I'll do the rest!

1. Choose and Send Your Clothing

Once you have placed your order, it's time to start choosing your fabric. This can often be the hardest part. Take your time reminiscing about all the memories those special items hold. If you need any help with choosing which items to send feel free to send me a message. You will receive an email with details of my address and other important information.

When you package your clothing, if there is anything I need to know, like special requests about layout or design, place a note inside the packaging. I will try to make your ideas work.

2. The Memory Ornament Production Begins

Once I receive your package, I will email to confirm receipt. Then I will work on designing and making your one of a kind ornament. 

3. Customer Receives Completed Memory Ornament 

Once your ornament is complete, I will email photos and notify you of the shipping information. I will ship your ornament via a tracked delivery service, and you will receive an email with a tracking link. Your ornament is then yours to treasure forever. Don't forget to share and tag your own photos. 

Customer Instructions

Our memory ornaments are lovingly made from your loved one’s clothing, allowing you to keep them close in a special, tangible way. You can also personalize your ornament with names and dates.

Clothing Requirements:

• We require at least one article of clothing to create an ornament.
• Do not use:
• Thick materials such as denim
• Very thin or sheer fabrics
• Items with thick appliques
• Best results:
• Small, compact patterns
• Fabrics that are neither too thick nor too sheer
• If you’re unsure whether your item is suitable, please message us with a photo and we’ll gladly provide advice.

Ornament Design:

• Each ornament can have up to seven sections.
• Your loved one’s clothing will be carefully cut to fit the design dimensions.
• Any leftover fabric will be shipped back to you along with the completed ornament.
